Surprise

Some developments around here have forced me to address the north side of our house. As you can see it is in pretty bad shape.  Lumber bits, weeds, the fence is leaning precariously .....

I was able to clear most of the weeds yesterday, but this is what really breaks my heart.  My wonderful father-in-law built this beautiful potting bench as a birthday gift many years ago.  I love this bench, but has suffered neglect as of late.  I'm hoping to get it moved to a more suitable location.  This weekend maybe???? So I can put this bad boy to good use.
